    Very very nice pc!!!
    I gave the computer 5 stars, but the distribution of the keyboard and mouse minus one star.
    Mouse has a very serious lag problem, the keyboard is often disconnected. I suspect there is a problem with the USB receiver.
    I put on the another mouse and keyboard from mu old pc, works vey well.
    -。- Samsung PC is much better than ever made. Five stars is not enough for this pc, I'd like give it for 10 stars if amazon allowed.
    The keyboard and mouse model is the same as a few years ago, except color nothing has changed. I strongly recommend Samsung to replace more high-end accessories for such a nice computer.

    I'm in the process of returning this product. It's undeniably a beautiful PC; something you can easily keep atop your desk as it looks extremely slick. That being said, although it packs an AMD RX460 discrete GPU, it works via "switchable graphics" mode, something that is usually reserved for laptops in order to increase battery life. This honestly was an unexpected fact that is not advertised on the product page or included in Samsung's product page. Moreover, recent versions of Windows basically block crucial apps such as all browsers from utilizing the discrete GPU.

    In light of this, I could see the Intel iGPU struggling with basic things like Youtube videos, to the point that it became next to impossible to have a few tabs open and play 4k video on "dual 4k displays"; which is also an advertised capability.

    Can you plug in two 4k displays? Yes. Can the computer handle them? It depends on which apps you're running and whether they are able to run on the discrete GPU.

    Unfortunately, something as basic as a browser is locked from doing so and therefore the potential performance is completely underutilized. I just wanted to point this out given that until some sort of fix is issued by either Samsung, Microsoft or AMD, the computer wont be able to reliably handle simple high res video playback via a browser on a dual screen setup. Otherwise, this thing is a beauty and extremely compact. The built-in audio is great although not as loud as others claim.

    Finally, the keyboard/mouse connectivity issue is definitely a thing, especially if you have a wifi/bluetooth connected device near them (e.g. a smartphone). In my case the keyboard/mouse couldn't have been more than 1 or 2 feet away from the PC. I hope Samsung continues this product line as it really holds up to its name, "ArtPC". Unfortunately, it's a first gen device with some quirks.

    I bought this because I like unique computer hardware designs. The hardware is very good quality, looks great, normally very quiet, and has enough power for most computing tasks.

    There are however a couple downsides compared to a large desktop:
    1. It uses Intel/AMD hybrid graphics so that you can run some apps on power savings mode (intel) and others on the high performance graphics (AMD rx460) . This works well in windows10 but I could not get the hybrid graphics to work in Linux (Ubuntu and others) and was stuck using just the intel graphics when in Linux. Intel graphics works fine unless you want to do any 3d gaming and then the performance is much lower than the RX460 discreet graphics. Also keep in mind the system runs very quiet and cool under normal use, but if doing any gaming the fan will ramp up and become more noisy and the system can get fairly warm.

    2. There are not two hdmi outputs. So if connecting two monitors one will have to use the USB-C connector. I bought an adapter that converts from USB-C to HDMI but it would not work properly. I haven't tried hooking up the 2nd monitor again but will try a different cable or adapter when I do. I think it would have been better to have two hdmi ports and the one USB-C port for 4K monitors.

    Overall, its a premium computer with nice features like the Bluetooth speaker, the configurable light, looks amazing and small next to a monitor, the keyboard and mouse are adequate and I like they are not Bluetooth but rather wireless which should provide longer battery life. I would recommend it to others unless you want something that will run Linux with 3d graphics support.

    Theres no paper documents such as warranty or install menu like before start.
    I am not sure its real new product or something else. Also bluetooth usb for keyboard and mouse has already attached the mainbody. Anyway I need to see the menu of this PC but like I said.. theres nothing ...I wonder how this guys got average rate so high. Am I the only unlucky customer?? or they even made their reviews themself same as they tried to covered this PC looks reliable ...

    You will likely have to buy a separate keyboard and mouse, the ones in the package wouldn't work and Samsung product support wouldn't replace them without me sending in the entire computer to be swapped out and wouldn't send me a replacement PC until they figured out the problem. The graphics card also glitches sometimes but that is rare enough and easy to fix, not worth returning for. Otherwise the computer operates as expected.
